Volunteer Program

Volunteers assist in more than 40% of the Center’s operations. The Volunteer Program is designed to match individuals who are interested in donating their time to a particular area of the Center’s programs or activities where their input would be most effective.

Linking the volunteer to the most appropriate placement is accomplished through:

• an interview with the Volunteer Coordinator
• a tour of the facilities describing options available to the volunteer
• filling out an application and receiving the proper orientation appropriate to the placement
