Food Pantry - Lackawanna County

The purpose of the food pantry is to supplement food items to individuals who are homeless and/or experiencing financial crisis that leaves them temporarily without food.

The Pantry receives food through the State Food Purchase Program, the Emergency Food and Shelter Program, the Northeastern Regional Food Bank, and community donations.

The actual amount of food distributed depends on the individual, size of family, the number of visits to the pantry and/or the type of situation.  Clients must call 570-342-1342 for an appointment.

Donations are greatly appreciated. Any individuals or oganizations looking to donate food can call 570 342-1342 and arrange for pick up or delivery.
